7 days -- day 2: create

Pushing it with the create theme, I know. One of the 241 reasons I love my job: being able to hold a baby in my lap while I work.  Charlie is getting used to going to Bryan for more things, but she still needs her momma sometimes.

I'm happy to be able to oblige, and still earn a paycheck. Sometimes, I can't believe how lucky I am.

7 days -- day 1

Today was hellish -- we went out of town (for various and sundry reasons) and didn't get home until about 11:30pm. I've been tired all day long. But, I remembered that 7 days started today, so I should get a reward.  In the form of a very large chocolate pie.

Elisabeth Doherty rocks my pants off.

She has an amigurumi pattern book out, and it's fantastic -- I bought it specifically for the doll patterns, and I am so glad that I did.  I give it 5 Stars, and all that jazz.

Now the doll arms now have a little somethin' to go with.
